Is Richie ditching his Bachelor pad?

Richie Strahan has reportedly put his Perth property on the market.

According to the Daily Mail, The Bachelor star listed his one-storey last week on Domain after he declared his love for Alex Nation.

But if he is moving to Melbourne to be closer to Alex and her five-year-old son Elijah in the Victorian state, it’s not for good just yet, as he’s only reportedly put his house to be rented out.

The two-bedroom home Richie bought in 2008 for $420,000, is being made available for rent at $350 per week. There’s also a second property at the back that Richie built for $300,000. His house is now estimated to be worth $1m.

Alex said of the new couple’s living arrangement on The Project last week: “We're not in any rush, we're just excited to start this new chapter together.

“Obviously I have a little boy and his dad is in Melbourne as well, so it's definitely something Rich and I and Elijah's dad will have to discuss but at the moment, we're just enjoying each other and the start of this amazing chapter together.”

“You’re moving to Melbourne buddy, good luck,” The Project host Waleed Aly joked.

It looks like he is!
