Keith's ex slams Nicole

Keith Urban’s first girlfriend has lashed out against the singer and his Oscar-winning wife.

Angie Marquis revealed to New Idea that the country star changed drastically after marrying Nicole Kidman and has banned her from ever talking about their two-year relationship.

“I have said a few things about Keith [publicly] in the past and he got a bit funny with me,” Angie told the publication.

She said she has gained “notoriety” as she wanted to start a photo book about Keith’s early career but the star would not allow it.

The two remained close friends after he left their small home town in Queensland for Nashville to follow his dreams of becoming a country singer.

It was only after his wedding in 2006 to Nicole, which Angie even attended, that the friendship went sour.

“I think it’s Nicole’s publicity who are controlling that and get funny about things,” Angie claims.

Angie doesn’t seem to care about Keith’s ban on discussing their relationship as she is considering a tell-all book about her celebrity ex.

She said: “Maybe one day I’ll write a book about it.”

Nicole and Keith are as strong as ever, celebrating their 10-year anniversary last year.

The pair are even rumoured to be moving back to the land Down Under with their two daughters Sunday, eight, and six-year-old Faith.
