Police are 'looking into' Roxy Jackenko

Roxy Jackenko was pictured last week enjoying a day out with her kids in their motorised toy car.

The Daily Telegraph reported that police "are taking a close look" into Roxy's decision to let her children drive the toy 4WD on a busy road.

Roxy is mother to children Pixie, 5 and Hunter, 3, but neither of them seemed to be wearing helmets while driving the car.

The children were also allegedly controlling the toy car without assistance at some point.

Police are reportedly investigating footage of the children in the vehicle to see if any road rules were broken.

Her husband, Oliver Curtis, is currently serving a one-year sentence at Cooma Correctional Centre after being convicted for insider trading.

It was reported last month, that Oliver had gotten into a verbal altercation with another inmate.

Appearing on the TodayShow, Roxy downplayed the fight, saying "Who doesn't have altercations? I have had a fair few of them."

She also confirmed that her husband is "okay" following the brawl and said verbal altercations were normal.
