Kim K's assistant reveals family secrets

Stephanie Shepherd isn’t a Kardashian by name, although she has been mistaken for one before.

She’s actually been Kim’s loyal right-hand woman since 2013 and has forged a solid place within the Kardashian clan.

In a recent interview with Refinery29, the girl always behind Kim in all the paparazzi shots spilled on what it’s like to work for Hollywood royalty.

Previously an aspiring dancer, Stephanie landed her assistant gig with Kim through a referral from Pussycat Dolls founder, Robin Antin, from a former assistant role.

What got her the job was having the same hairstyle as Kim, sort of.

Stephanie told the publication: “Kim later told me she was thinking ‘This girl has good vibes and a braid, I’m into her!” Kim also had her hair in a braid at the time.

She has had a lot to juggle over the years including a lot of late nights, managing Kim's schedule and taking the blame when flights are delayed or cars don’t turn up.

Though she did admit, “I think everyone thinks this job is super glamorous – and I can’t lie, it is. Truly, this family is so much fun, and we go to some amazing places and do some incredible things.”

She revealed how hard-working this whole family is, especially Kris Jenner who she aspires to be one day.

Kanye West is also hilarious, she told Refinery29.

“I know everyone thinks he’s so deep and serious, but he’s also so funny, like he has me rolling laughing,” she said.

Stephanie has become a part of the family, she could pass for one of them with her long dark hair and Kardashian-esque features.

She goes out with Kendall and Kylie on the regular, she talks to Khloe about anything and she often gets mistaken for Kourtney.

“People always think we’re either lesbians, because we’re always together, or that I am Kourtney, I guess because we look alike and have similar style,” Stephanie said.

She was with the eldest Kardashian sister on the night of Kim’s infamous robbery.

The pair were out on the town in Paris, while Kim went home and was held at gunpoint.

Stephanie admitted it is her “instinct” to protect Kim. “I would truly take a bullet for her,” she confessed.

The former dancer is no longer just Kim’s assistant having been promoted to COO of Kardashian West Brands.
