Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller was sentenced to 366 days in jail earlier this month for bankruptcy fraud and bringing $120,000 worth of Australian currency into the United States undeclared after visiting Down Under for dance instruction tips.
And it seems the reality star may still be experiencing some financial issues as Radar Online reported that her dance studio in LA is currently available for rent.
On top of her impending prison sentence the star was also fined $40,000, ordered to pay a $120,000 plus covering all her legal fees.
So, renting out her dance space may be to cover some of these costs.
The publication also obtained court papers saying: “Following the conclusion of Ms. Miller’s sentencing hearing on May 9, 2017, three television shows requested that Ms. Miller appear on the shows for compensation.”
One of the TV interviews appears to be with Wendy Williams on her show, as Abby posted a photo on Instagram of her business class seat to New York, tagging the host in the caption.
In a recent interview with Good Morning America she said, “I wasn’t ever trying to hurt anyone.”
Prosecutors said she tried to cheat her creditors by hiding $US775,000 worth of income and deserved prison.
