SOFIA VERGARA'S NYE WARDROBE MALFUNCTION

It would seem the fallout of the fight is a little more than anyone expected, as a photo has surfaced on TMZ of the "Modern Family" actress's breasts literally falling out of her cleavage-baring dress.

According to TMZ, some pushing and shoving broke out at the table next to theirs in the Miami night club. Sofia stepped in to try and break it up before she was "bumped" to the ground.

The result for Sofia's peace-keeping efforts was a wardrobe malfunction that was surely entertaining fellow nightclub goers.

The actress wasn't hurt during the scuffle, but Nick reportedly sustained a few bruises from security in the altercation.

This isn't the first wardrobe malfunction for the star, who also split the back seam on her skin-tight sequinned green gown at an Emmy Awards after-party this year. The star jokingly tweeted a photo of her exposed derrière -- the result of overly-enthusiastic dancing -- which unsurprisingly went viral.
