After Miley Cyrus flashed her nipple on camera at the MTV VMAs yesterday, a television watchdog - consisting of disgruntled mums and dads - has slammed the former child star!
The Parents Television Council, which advocates "responsible entertainment", say they aren't happy about the 22-year-old's nip slip at the award ceremony, calling it "blatant sexualization".
"Are we surprised that Miley Cyrus exposed herself to millions of viewers, and to more people who will inevitably see the news in the mainstream media? About as surprised as we'll be if the sun rises in the east tomorrow morning," says the PTC President Tim Winter in an official statement.
"We had hoped she would have proven us wrong and demonstrate her considerable talent as a performer, rather than rely on her own sexuality to entertain the audience."
The songstress revealed her bare chest when a curtain she was using to cover her modesty 'accidentally' fell and MTV producers didn't cut away fast enough.
Miley's said to viewers, "Oh, what's happening? Oh sorry, my tit's out?!"
