Samantha Armytage and Larry Emdur's awkward sing-along

The Sunrise crew took a breather from their serious hosting jobs this morning when singer Daryl Braithwaite dropped by the studio.

The Aussie hit maker, who was there launch his new album, took centre stage to sing the classic anthem Horses.

During the rendition the awesome-foursome - Natalie Barr, Samantha Armtage, Mark Beretta and Larry Emdur (Kochie is away) - began swaying in motion with the music.

The cheeky camera crew managed a sly cutaway from Daryl as belted out his tune and captured the group miming and waving their hands in the air.

After the performance, Larry uploaded a 'behind-the-scenes' shot of him and Sam onto Instagram mid-song with the caption:

"We are warming up to smash out our favorite song with Daryl Braithwaite.. We'll go Ridin' on the horses yeeee'ehhh".

The charismatic host even made mention of Sam's inclusion in Maxim's 'Hottest 100' issue:

"Maxim's 6th sexiest woman @sam_armytage can also sing .... So she says".
