Yahoo Lifestyle Simon Cowell head-butted during X Factor show
X Factor UK judge Simon Cowell has been left with a black eye after a contestant accidentally head-butted him during a live results show.
Excited contestant Anton Stephens lunged at his mentor for a kiss after learning he had survived a double eliminated - but instead, knocked him on the top of his eye.
Backstage after the show the 56-year-old was treated by his partner Lauren Silverman, 38, who nursed her man by holding bag of ice to his wound to help the bruising go down.
Singer Sinitta, 47, uploaded video of the incident to social media and detailed how her former boyfriend was left with a “shiner”.

A witness told The Sun that Simon was “fuming” after the accident was caught on live TV.

“There’s no doubt Simon will have had words with Anton about how he conducts himself on the show,” the witness said.
