It’s not hard to picture Bradley Cooper at the Sundance Film Festival. What with the fact that he’s one of the most popular actors on the planet.

With that in mind meet Sean Cassity, a movie-fan who recently attended the Utah-based festival, met "Bradley Cooper", grabbed a quick selfie with the actor, posted it to his Instagram account, and then waited for his followers to declare their jealously.

Unfortunately for Sean Cassity it’s looking more and more like the "Bradley Cooper" he met wasn’t actually the Bradley Cooper.

Awkward.

Sean’s pals soon started questioning whether the man in picture was actually Bradley Cooper, with most of his followers insisting that it wasn’t.

Other reports of the faux Bradley Cooper at Sundance then started to emerge, which all but confirmed Sean Cassity had been duped.

According to Page Six, the lookalike tried to talk his way into a party for the film White Girl at Bar 53 by, rather incredibly, only using a screenshot from The Hangover as ID.

It also doesn’t help Sean Cassity’s case that the Daily Mail soon confirmed the real Bradley Cooper was photographed strolling through New York City at the same time as his selfie was take too.
