Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard do 'Africa'

Some people go on vacation, kick back in a hammock, and drink frozen margaritas all day. Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard put together a music video that is going to make. your. day.

The pair shared the link to a YouTube video of a trip they took to Africa. You expect to see some cool personal photos and videos, but, no, it’s so much more.

The wacky pair — and we mean that in the most delightful way — made a music video set to Toto’s 'Africa.'

They hear the drums echoing, they hear wild dogs calling out at night, and, of course, they bless the rains all while exhibiting some mad lip-syncing and fake instrument playing skills.

Dax, 41, tweeted, “Please enjoy a music video @IMKristenBell and I made in Africa. It was made just for fun. #Toto #Africa.”

“This was our last trip before having kids,” Kristen, who welcomed their first daughter in 2013, wrote on Twitter. “Our sole objective was to rage hard and honor Toto properly. Hope you enjoy.”

When a fan suggested the couple should win an award — like, say, the Nobel Peace Prize, for their work, Bell, 35, replied, “I can’t say that hadn’t crossed my mind. It’s the best project I’ve ever been a part of.”

Seeing Bell and Shepard in action, we realize how much better their version is than Toto’s 1982 original, which took place in — drumroll — a library. #NoDisrespecttoDavidPaich, but we’d much rather see Kristen and Dax frolicking like gazelles alongside giraffes any day.
