Brad Pitt doesn't look like this anymore
Who’s this silver fox? Well, in a vision into the future, it’s Brad Pitt embracing grey hair on the set of his new movie.
Pitt was spotted and snapped while filming ‘War Machine’ in Paris.
The 52-year-old star was busting his urban camouflage army fatigues - and some pretty short shorts - as General Dan McMahon in the satirical comedy, being made by Netflix and his own production company Plan B.
His role is inspired by real-life General Stanley McChrystal, a now-retired general in the US Army who served in Afghanistan, and was credited with the killing of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, leader of Al-Qaeda in Iraq.
The movie, meanwhile, is based on the celebrated book 'The Operators: The Wild and Terrifying Inside Story of America’s War in Afghanistan’ by the late US journalist Michael Hastings, who travelled with McChrystal and his team in 2010.
Hastings died in a car crash in 2013, with some suggesting his death occurred under suspicious circumstances.
Alongside Pitt, there’s Ben Kinglsey, Emory Cohen, Topher Grace, Will Poulter and Anthony Michael Hall among the cast, with the action also shooting in London, Berlin, Abu Dhabi and Dunsfold Aerodrome in Surrey.
Pitt’s transformation echoes that just seen in 'The Big Short’, in which he sported badgery grey hair and a bushy beard.
Following 'War Machine’, Pitt’s starring in a second war movie, a thriller directed by Robert Zemeckis and co-starring Marion Cotillard and Jared Harris.
Then it’s on to the sequel of ‘World War Z’, that will shoot in London.
