Sam Mac's hilarious reaction to the world's hottest chilli

Some like it hot... others not so much.

Sunrise weather presenter Sam Mac is someone who falls into the latter category.

For some reason the newest member of the breakfast show team decided to try the world's hottest chilli on live TV this morning.

Why... WHY!

Needless to say, the entire experiment ended exactly how you'd imagine: not very well.

Wearing gloves to protect his hands, the presenter took a great big bite out of the tiny chilli before waiting several seconds for its heat to fully hit him.

And hit him it did.
