Sam Frost reveals she's been hurt by body shamers

She's the bubbly radio star who makes a point of calling out online body-shamers.

But speaking with The Morning Show Bachelorette Sam Frost has revealed there are some days when she struggles to deal with the trolls' hurtful comments.

"Sometimes if I’m having a sensitive day it affects me more than others to be honest," she said.

"I try and think about young girls that are following me, so I stand tall and try and be strong enough to go ‘No, block and delete’, and try and send a positive message for that."

Just recently Sam was attacked on her Instagram account for being "too skinny" after posting a photo of herself in a bikini.

She said at the time she was angry, but is learning to rise above the bullies out of respect for her young fan base.

"The majority of my followers are 12 and 15 year olds, and I think that anyone at that age is impressionable," she said. "Seeing comments that I’m anorexic or that I’m body shaming or just ugly comments is just … I don’t tolerate it and I don’t think anyone really should."
