Ricky Gervais is back as David Brent and it's hilarious

Guess who’s back? It’s David Brent, the narcissistic former manager of the Wernham Hogg Paper Company from the original, British version of The Office.

And guess what else? He’s a completely different person now who’s totally self-aware and never says grossly offensive things to his co-workers.

Just kidding, he’s still completely oblivious and disgusting, as evidenced by the trailer above for the upcoming movie David Brent: Life on the Road, which follows Ricky Gervais’s Brent in his musical endeavors while also working as a traveling salesman.

Somehow, in the midst of doing both of those things, he also still finds time to visit actual work places and say things that really should be reported to HR ASAP.
