Nicolas Cage in brawl with Motley Crue lead singer Vince Neil

Nicolas Cage stepped in to restrain Motley Crue frontman, Vince Neil, after he allegedly assaulted a woman at a Vegas hotel.

Neil has reportedly been accused of assault after grabbing a woman’s hair after from behind and pulling her to the ground inside the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas.

Footage of the incident, obtained by TMZ shows the musician turning on Cage outside the hotel, who then manages to get him into a head lock as he yells at him to stop.

"F--k you Vince! Stop this s--t now! Don't do this. I love you," says Cage, trying to diffuse the situation.

Neil reportedly reacted after the female fan asked the Oscar-winning actor for an autograph, however it is unclear why.

The musician was not arrested however he will be forced to appear in court to face charges for battery according to TMZ.
