Sam Frost's steamy sex confession

We're pretty sure Sam Frost and Sasha Mielczarek have just cemented themselves as the most over-sharing couple in Australia.

The Bachelorette-turned-radio-host made a steamy confession on air this morning to her co-host, Rove McManus.

While discussing the weirdest places people have ever had sex, Frost revealed that she and her partner, Sasha, have indeed had some 'sexy time' in the great outdoors.

And it all started before we even knew they were together!

"When we used to have our rendezvous weekends, the production company who organised the weekends said, 'Don't go outside! You have to stay indoors, in case you get papped and it ruins the show'," Frost revealed.

"We were like, 'Don't tell us what to do!' So Sash and I used to go outside, in the daylight, full nudie and just do the deed!"

Rove could hardly believe what he was hearing, sitting there open-mouthed as Frost continued her story.

"[We'd do it] just anywhere...outside, out the front, out the back, right in the daylight," she laughed.

Mielczarek recently had an overshare of his own on Sam's radio show, telling listeners that he had an unfortunate erection mishap during The Bachelorette filming.

"We’re in New Zealand, in the back of the boat, having a good time, blanket on top of us...it must have been the wind, the way it was going, but, look, I only got half a bar," he revealed, much to Sam's embarrassment.

"The worst thing about it was they go, 'Let’s cut this set and go to the next one'. I'm going, I can’t take this blanket off, there’s no way!" the 31-year-old told the show.

"So I had to do a quick readjust…tuck it on the inside of the belt…and then away I go, no one’s the wiser!"
