Dr. Luke is demanding the release of Kesha’s private medical records over rape allegations.

The music producer, whose real name Lukasz Gottwald, is further attempting to disprove that he abused the pop singer.
In a New York court document, the 42-year-old says that Kesha, 29, “unambiguously waived” any therapist-client privilege when she tried to break her recording contract citing “physical, emotional and sexual trauma inflicted by Mr Gottwald”, according to New York Post’s Page Six.
Kesha has rebuffed his Dr. Like’s previous filing, stating the privilege was in place to protect “a person’s innermost thoughts and feelings”, and also said if her medical records were released, it would set a dangerous precedent to other rape victims’ private therapy sessions.
