The beauty entrepreneur stepped out at the Toni Maticevski show at Sydney's Barangaroo Reserve with her new man on her arm - and he couldn't take his eyes off his new love.

"His name's Adam Ellis, he's a builder builder from the UK," on onlooker told Yahoo 7 at the opening show to Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. "They've been together a while - she is so happy."

Lindy, who recently ended her ten year marriage to former Olympian Michael Klim, was spotted walking through Sydney airport with Adam on Friday ahead of MBFW.

The mother-of-three looked stunning as she posed in a grey Maticevski number on the black carpet while her hunky man stood on with a smile.

Lindy still runs her beauty business Milk with her ex-husband who lives and Melbourne and has also started a new romance.

The pair share three children together, daughters Stella, 10, and Frankie, four, and Rocco, who recently turned eight.
