Strutting the runway in heels and a stunning designer frock is a tough gig!

Just ask the model at Toni Maticevski's Mercedes Fashion Week show who took a tumble while walking the catwalk - right in front of the waiting media scrum.

The stunner handled the slip like a pro though and bounced back to feet and continued walking.

There's no doubt celebs in the front row felt for the model when she went down.

“I saw it," said Bachelor star Anna Heinrich. "I commend those girls for walking in those heels! I personally couldn’t walk so I think ‘thank goodness that’s not me out there.' They’ve got a tough gig.”

They certainly do.
