Khloe Kardashian files for divorce AGAIN

Khloe Kardashian has filed divorce papers against Lamar Odom for the second time.

The reality star's Hollywood big wig lawyer Laura Wasser filed docs in court claiming irreconcilable differences tore them apart - just like the first time.

Lam Lam and Kho sorted their two properties the first time around and there is a prenup so now it's just a waiting game.

California law states a divorce cannot become final until six months after it's filed.

Khloe first filed for divorce December 2013 but halted proceedings when Lamar nearly died of an overdose in a Nevada brothel last October.

Khloe made the final decision after she saw Lamar boozing in March.
