The event, named 'The Big Freeze 2' was created by former AFL player and coach Neale Daniher, who was diagnosed with MND in 2013.

Sam shared a photo of her posing with Kochie on Instagram, and captioned it: "In very unflattering outfits & thongs .... BUT BLOODY HELL IT WAS FOR A GOOD CAUSE .. LET'S CURE MND. #letItGo #bigfreezeattheg2"

The pair were joined by AFL celebrities, including Eddie McGuire, Matthew Richardson, Kevin Sheedy, Jonathan Brown, and Gerard Whateley.

Last year’s Big Freeze event, which was also held on the Queen’s Birthday long weekend, raised over $2.5 million.
