Kate Beckinsale sends nude pics of her ex to her daughter

Kate Beckinsale has admitted to sending her daughter naked photos of her father, Michael Sheen.

The actress revealed to Conan O'Brien that she sends her 17-year-old nudey pics of her father to cheer her up.

"My daughter and I are both from the school where we think a naked man is very funny in the right circumstances, not as a subtle surprise jumping out at you in a dark alley, but it’s a funny thing," the 42-year-old explained.

"There's a funny picture of him [Michael Sheen] in a very good show that he did, in which he was brilliant, but they have a still of him getting out of a bathtub naked, with a quite military face and stance."

She added: "Sometimes in a low moment she’ll text me that picture or I’ll text it to her… If I sense that she’s feeling low, I think, ‘You know what, she could use Mike in the bath.’ It works very well most times.”

Kate split from her ex-partner Michael in 2003 after an eight year relationship. The pair have a daughter, Lily Mo, together.

Recently the Love and Friendship star shared a photo on Instagram of her family in 2016 compared to 1999.

"Always a baby to me," she wrote.
