Sam Frost's words of wisdom for new Bachelorette Georgia Love

Sam Frost has some advice for new Bachelorette Georgia Love: “Look after yourself,” she said on her breakfast radio show this morning.

After appearing on The Bachelor in 2014 and then The Bachelorette last year, the reality star turned radio star shared her thoughts on newbie Georgia being picked for the role.

“I think it’s fantastic. I was under impression they would follow the formula [of using a former contestant],” the radio host told her 2Day FM host Rove McManus.

“It’s interesting and exciting.”

Tasmanian TV news reporter Georgia, 29, has previously worked as a dance teacher and trapeze artist.

“I think the best thing to do - and what I told Richie when I caught up with him at the Logies, I said look after your mental wellbeing. And no one has your best interest apart from you,” Sam revealed about her words of advice to Bachelorette runner-up Richie Strahan.

Georgia will follow in the footsteps of Australia's first Bachelorette, Sam Frost, who is currently loved up with Sasha Mielczarek after meeting him on the series.

But Sam, 27, says despite finding love last year, she’s still cynical about of these type of shows.

“I’m the biggest sceptic of these shows, but I’m still madly in love [with Sasha Mielczarek].”
