Michelle Bridges shares insane workout routine just a few months after giving birth



While it may not look like the fitness instructor has popped out a baby, Michelle Bridges is back in the game after giving birth to son Axel in January.

The 45-year-old, first-time mum and wife to 'The Commando' Steve Willis, posted a video to Instagram of her pumping out an insane workout routine.

She captioned the video: "Today I hurt. Today my head almost got to me. Today I started doubting myself. Doubting my fitness. Doubting wether I can pull myself back. Today I realised that my fitness and where it's at, is perfect. And I cannot expect any more of myself. My fitness and strength is exactly where it should be given what I have and haven't been doing."

The Biggest Loser trainer acknowledged that her body has changed after having a baby and not training for a while like she use to, and she's ok with that.

Despite looking super strong in the video above, putting most of us to shame, Bridges can be seen struggling a little throughout the routine.

The sweat-breaking workout begins with a casual 30-minutes on the assault bike, followed by three sets of 10 deadlifts, 10 front squats, 10 push press and 25 chin ups for good luck.

The health guru had all intentions of sharing the "shaky" workout with her fans to let them know "that all of us have these moments. And they are beautiful, because they remind us that it's in the struggle that we grow, we become humble, we build and we must be gentle to ourselves," the TV personality wrote.

Well, even though her she might think this exercise routine wasn't her strongest, she sure looks like she killed it!
