Lara Bingle bakes a first birthday cake for Rocket

Lara (Bingle) Worthington has celebrated her son Rocket’s first birthday on a little island off Spain.

She baked a very fancy cake for her firstborn that she said took 'hours' to create – it’s more than just a chocolate cake.

Lara captioned the image with, “Rocket’s 1st Birthday cake…It took me hours, with few supplies on a little island off Spain.”

The 28-year-old model shared a photo of an M&M filled chocolate cake with candles that spelled out ‘Super Hero’ on top.

The Aussie personality revealed that she was pregnant with her - and actor husband Sam Worthington’s - second child in a magazine last month. She told InStyle magazine that she’s hoping to have a smooth pregnancy with her second – the same as with her first.

“I don’t really get morning sickness but I do have to eat consistently to keep my energy up,” she told the glossy mag.

The mother-of-one is aware that having two kids so close in age may be a challenge at first but thinks it will be great as they grow up.

Lara keeps her son’s life very private, so the chocolate cake is a cute snapshot in to how the family celebrated his turning one event.
