Cassie posted a photo of her baby bump from the final days of her fourth pregnancy.

The reality star revealed that the photo was never meant to see the light of day. But she posted it to Instagram after seeing the news about Gold Coast fitness blogger, Revi Jane Schulz, getting shamed for her baby bump.

Revi was trolled on Instagram over the size of her baby bump. It got so bad that celebrities such as Ashton Kutcher and Zooey Deschanel came to her defence.

Now, the Aussie reality TV star has jumped on the defence bandwagon to ask people to stop shaming the size of people’s baby bumps.

“I felt compelled to put all my insecurities aside and share my baby bump in support of this amazing mum,” she wrote.

Cassie explained that her photo was taken in the final days before she gave birth and that she had shown - in size - from as early as five weeks into her pregnancy.

“My uterus sits forward which makes for no hiding,” she wrote.

Because of her belly looking ‘bigger’ the mother says she got comments from as early as 20 weeks with people saying she must be due soon, or questioning whether she had twins.

“The other comments are with regard to my weight gain, and the worst offenders are other women who should know better!” she wrote.

The 33-year-old said that she got inspiration from fitness bloggers and appreciated their motivation. What she didn’t appreciate was when people who lived and looked a certain way thought others were beneath them.

“Remember: your purpose is to inspire NOT to criticise!” she wrote, “Pregnancy and women need to be celebrated NOT ridiculed! What we do is a damn miracle... We create LIFE!”

Cassie mentioned that most ladies would probably relate in one way or another to her message.

“Let’s get behind our sister [Revi] and all other mothers and show our support for their beautiful bodies,” she wrote.
