Daniel is best known for his role in the 2004 hit film Mean Girls and now he’s best known on the Internet for his romantic proposals.

The 38-year-old popped the questions to his – now fiancé – Joseph in a North Hollywood Starbucks.

A ring was secretly given to the barista – who was in on the plan – and the barista called out their coffee order referring to the men as “Mr and Mr Franzese,” PEOPLE report.

Joseph took his order and opened the coffee cup to see the ring inside. Then Daniel got down on one knee to propose.

The pair have been together for more than a year and PEOPLE report that Joseph will take Daniel’s last name.

Daniel put a post-proposal snap on Instagram with the caption, “Thank you @gavinglaze and @laprbtch, Mercedes at Starbucks for making this most memorable moment of our lives. We are so grateful for your friendships and talents.”

There was a long line of love-heart emojis on his Instagram post too.
