The Real Housewives of Sydney cast has been revealed


The Real Housewives of Sydney is coming to our screens in 2017 and the cast has been revealed.

There’s a fun variety of women; from a Miss Australia winner to a former politician’s wife and a blast from the past, singer and actress Melissa Tkautz – it’s going to be captivating drama for sure.

The Real Housewives of Sydney cast stepped out for their first public appearance at Sydney’s Park Hyatt Hotel today.

Hold on to your high-tea because among the women who will appear on the show are TV Presenter (and former politician’s wife) Lisa Oldfield, former soapie actress and pop singer Melissa Tkautz and a Miss Australia winner, Nicole O’Neil.

Foxtel gave a short introduction to each confirmed cast member. The women who will be part of the ten-part series are Athena Levendi, Krissy Marsh, Lisa Oldfield, Matty Samaei, Melissa Tkautz, Nicole O’Neil and Victoria Rees.

Athena was born in Australia but grew up in Athens until returning to her motherland when she was 20. She is married to a jewellery designer and owner of Levendi Jewellers.

Krissy Marsh is from Brisbane and moved to Sydney when she was 18 to pursue her modelling career. She is a real estate agent and has previously run her own successful company, which she sold.

Lisa is married to former politician David Oldfield. She is opinionated, passionate and is a media commentator and savvy businesswoman.

Matty owns The Medispa by Matty in Sydney’s Double Bay and is known as the beauty expert of Sydney. She’s from a Persian family and moved to Australia when she was 12.

Melissa is an actress, model and an ARIA award-winning singer. She’s appeared in multiple TV shows and on magazine covers across her career.

Nicole is a Miss Australia winner; born in Dubai. She owns a successful event planning and production company Pret-a-Party, with a presence in Sydney and London.

Victoria is single for the first time in her life – hello single lady! – she loves socialising with her pals at the moment. She was previously an interior decorator and now has a beauty product called Wrinkles Schminkles.
