The first Game of Thrones season seven teaser is super cryptic

We weren’t expecting any new Game of Thrones clips until later this year...but then Comic-Con happened.

HBO released an in-production teaser at the annual fan convention in San Diego, showing footage of the props and set design of season seven.

This isn’t the usual gritty teaser for the series. Instead of showing us, say Cersei’s fate, we get just whispers from some familiar voices and glimpses of important props.

This clip may not tell us much about what’s to come, but the cast did make a few reveals at their Comic-Con panel.

Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa Stark in the series, threw some shade at her brother Jon Snow, played by Kit Harington.

“I’m not sure if she believes that Jon is capable of running Winterfell and the North,” she said.

“She thinks he doesn’t have the intellect, knowledge or experience that she has.”

Well, this isn’t looking good for where the series left off at the end of season six, with Kit looking pretty likely to run things.

Yep, it's about to go down in Winterfell.
