Lindsay is heard shouting, “No, no, no” as Egor wrestles the phone out of her grip and then marches back to the car.

The video is said to have been shot last month while the actress was celebrating her 30th birthday, with what was meant to be a romantic Greek island getaway.

Now, in a candid new interview, Lindsay has revealed things are over with her and Egor, amid revelations he’s assaulted her several times in the past.

“I realise now you can't stay in a relationship just for love,” she says.

“No woman can be hit and stay with that person if that person isn't prepared to say sorry.”

Last month, police were called to Lindsay’s London apartment at 5am following an alleged incident where the actress claimed her 23-year-old fiancé had tried to strangle her.

“Egor and I had been out for dinner,” Lindsay reveals in her interview to the Daily Mail. “We danced, it was fun. When we got home I went to bed and Egor went out. A few hours later he came back and when I woke up he was standing over me. He wasn't himself, he was being very aggressive and he attacked me.”

Lindsay admits she left Egor that night, jumping on a plane to stay with friends in Sardinia and spend some time by herself.

And despite concerns about “what Egor might do to me and to himself” if she spoke out, Lindsay admits she’s finally coming clean because she needs closure and for people to know the truth.

“I genuinely fell in love with him but he broke my trust and made me feel unsafe,” she says. “I know I'm not an angel but I've tried to fix things. It's down to him now. I had suggested we go for couples' counselling but there comes a time when I have to put myself first, my family, and also think about my career which I've worked so hard for. I also don't want to let my fans down by not being the strong woman I have become.”

Lindsay's tell-all interview comes after a tumultuous few months for the couple. Following reports the star was expecting a baby, Lindsay also previously accused Egor of cheating on her with their pal Dasha Pashevkina.
