There's only one thing better than Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, and that's Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson making pancakes.

The hunky actor/wrestler/all-round hero has shared his cheat-day recipe on Insta, and they sound de-licious!

"I am making my world-famous Rock pancakes – at least they're world-famous in my head," the 44-year-old tells his 63.2million followers. "I've got two fatties sitting on the grill. Bang. Bang."

Indeed.

"I've got a plate full of them. Bang, right there," he adds. "I've got Aunt Jemima, the syrup, ready to go. I've got whipped cream ready to go, because I'm a freak… but not that way." Shame!

And they're not the only toppings he's throwing on those bad boys! The father-of-one's ultimate tip is to add in chocolate chips. Yum!

Why? Because his nickname at college was Sweet Chocolate.

With the recipe done and dusted, that leaves just one thing for Dwayne to do.

"What am I going to do with all these pancakes?" he says. "What's that word? Destroy them!"
