Sophie Monk hangs out with René Zellweger and Patrick Demsey in Sydney

Sophie Monk got up close and personal with Bridget Jones's Baby stars René Zellweger and Patrick Dempsey at a special screening in Sydney.

Ahead of the Q&A with the stars at Event Cinema, Monk revealed her best 'Bridget's Jones moment' was when she was chatting up a guy in Las Vegas and then went to the bathroom to apply some lip liner, only to discover hours later she had put eyeliner on her pout instead! Whoops!

When Monk asked Zellweger if she had any 'Bridget Jones moments', the actress revealed "every day" and then later admitted she "guesses she had some input" in who she chooses to work with - a.k.a. working with Mr. McDreamy!

"We had a great time," Dempsey added, before saying it was "an honour" to be asked to join the Bridget Jones cast.

Monk later added a snap of herself with Zellweger and Dempsey, captioning the snap: "These two are so beautiful."

Zellweger and Dempsey are currently in Australia as part of a promotional tour for Bridget Jones's Diary ahead of the cinema release on September 6.
