Jamie Oliver announces his son's full name along with cute snap

Two days after Jamie Oliver's wife Jools revealed their new son's name, the celebrity chef has taken to social media to formally introduced his newborn to his fans.

And it turns out his full name is: River Rocket Oliver. Too cute!

"Wow what a Hot Day today guys so the littlest one is stared out and sleeping again.....it's probably polite to formally introduce the new boy to you, his name's River Rocket Oliver we think it suits him and he's a little gift and we are all very happy....

"Thanks for all your kind wishes big love jamie and gang," Jamie captioned on the snap of himself with his wife and youngest three children.

On Monday, Jools, 41, took to Instagram to announce their son's name sharing a photo of a piece of nursery wall art.

“Dream Big River,” the post read.

The couple are already parents to Poppy Honey, 14, Daisy Boo Pamela, 12, Petal Blossom, six, and five-year-old Buddy Bear Maurice.

"They all have more than one name because I couldn't decide,” Jools said in a previous interview with Gurgle.

“I'm not sure where Petal Rainbow came from – apparently it's a My Little Pony! I wanted to call her Rainbow but Jamie told me to calm down.”

The celebrity chef and his wife announced the birth of their son two weeks ago on Instagram with a cute picture of his adorable newborn.

"He arrived safely, mum / @joolsoliver was really really amazing, unbelievably composed, natural birth and my two eldest girls got to come in at the very end as the baby was born which was amazing to witness very very emotional," the 41-year-old star wrote.

"8 lbs ( that's 16 packs of butter for you bakers out there) anyway were all hitting the hay it's been a long day big love... bless a little baby boy Woop Woop (sic)."

Jools, 41, also shared a sweet moment of herself breastfeeding her son on Instagram.

"Little baby boy Oliver has arrived we are so very happy, blessed, grateful and totally in love all over again and so very proud of our two eldest daughters who cut the cord,” she revealed.

Meanwhile, Jamie has caused a stir with parents after his U.K.- based restaurant, Fifteen, announced that strollers were no longer welcome inside. Instead, the restaurant says that babies in car seats are welcome or they can sit in the high chairs the restaurant provides.

Although management says that it is not a ban on children or babies, restricting parents from keeping their little ones in a stroller can be a boundary in itself.

One mum told The Sun that she didn’t know about the rule until she had already carried her buggy down a set of steep steps. “Despite our child being asleep and there being empty tables with lots of space around them, we were told this was the policy,” she said.

From the restaurant’s perspective, if space is an issue, it does make sense. Hot food, trays of drinks, and waiters maneuvering through tight spots can be a recipe for an injury (and a lawsuit).

That said, as a parent trying to enjoy a nice meal with an infant, knowing your child’s stroller isn’t welcome could be reason enough to find somewhere else to dine.

Given that celebrity chef just welcomed the newest addition to their family, you’d think he would be a bit more understanding!
