Smash Mouth singer collapses on stage
Smash Mouth singer Steve Harwell collapsed onstage while performing at the Urbana Sweetcorn Festival in Urbana, Illinois.
The 49-year-old was rushed away in ambulance during the band's set while the band continued to play without him.
According to Smash's Mouth Twitter page, Steve Harwell is doing OK, although the band's management have yet to specify details.

According to audience members at the festival, the band played their hit songs I'm a Believer andAll Star after Harwell left.
The lead singer left the stage and was taken away in an ambulance. The band then performed "I'm a Believer" and "All Star" without him.

The singer was one of the founding members of Smash Mouth, and has been with the band since 1994.
Smash Mouth are due to perform in Las Vegas in early September.
