Police standoff: Woman claims Chris Brown turned gun on her

Police have surrounded the home of Chris Brown after he allegedly turned a gun on a beauty queen he brought back to his mansion.

According to TMZ, the pair had been partying together, before heading back to his house and using the hot tub.

But things apparently turned sour when Baylee started admiring a piece of jewellery that one of Chris's crew was showing off. She claims the star suddenly went "nuts" and that his people started demanding she sign a non-disclosure agreement, before he allegedly told her to “get the f*** out” and pointed a gun at her.

The report says she tried to leave but the rapper's entourage wouldn’t let her take her cell phone until she signed a non-disclosure agreement. She refused to sign, and she and her friend left before they called the police.

In a video obtained by the Daily Mail from Baylee’s Instagram, the former 2016 Miss California Regional queen has defended her actions, stating: “You honestly think I wanted this and caused this? If someone put a gun to your head, what would you do? Call the police?”

The clip has since been deleted.

Curran, an aspiring actress, told Kiss 101.1 FM she was at Brown’s place for a “go-see for music videos”.

“So I came in from the backyard and there was a man showcasing the jewellery and that’s when I was admiring one piece, it was a diamond cross necklace,” Curran told the Melbourne-based station.

“That’s when Chris’s friend, or I don’t know who he was to Chris, noticed that I was looking at it, and warned me to step away, ‘don’t touch the diamonds, get the f** outside’, started kinda nudging me in the shoulder to get back outside, and then that’s when Chris pulled a gun and said, ‘get the f*** out. Like, I’ve had enough of you girls, haven’t I told you girls enough’, and then that’s when I left.”
