Chris Brown arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon
Chris Brown has been arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after being involved in a police standoff for 11 hours outside his LA mansion.
Police have just held a press conference confirming the singer has been arrested and is being transported to a jail downtown, where he could possibly be charged.
The incident occurred after beauty queen Baylee Curran called the police claiming the rapper had pointed a gun at her head.
Police wouldn’t confirm if they found a weapon on the property or not.

Chris reportedly refused to leave his home after police and a SWAT team arrived, and posted videos of himself on Instagram, saying: "f**** the police."
In fresh footage, Brown, who was wearing a white T-shirt, red cap and jeans, could be seen peacefully leaving his building 11 hours later with his lawyer Mark Geragos.

Chris's alleged victim Baylee has claimed the trouble started when she admired a piece of his jewellery.
“Chris just started at it, how many times do I have to tell you girls. He pulled out his gun and pointed it at me, that was pretty much it. They tried getting me to sign a waiver after,” she told TMZ.
