Katie Price is planning to do an 'Angelina Jolie'

Katie Price is planning on giving Angelina Jolie a run for her money.

The British glamour model has revealed she has already started the legal process to adopt a child.

This baby would be the sixth child for the 38-year-old star, who is already mum to Harvey, 14, as well as Junior, 11, and Princess, nine, from her relationship with Peter Andre, and Jett, three, and Bunny, two, with her husband Kieran Hayler.

Speaking in a Facebook live chat, Katie has admitted she's turning to adoption because she wants to "give her body a rest".

"I've already started the process to adopt, so fingers crossed. You have to do everything legally and go down that road. The problem isn't just getting a child, that's the easy bit, it's all the checks," she says.

"I'm just waiting to be interviewed by the adoption agency. I've always said I'd love to adopt and I feel this is the right child now to do it ... I feel like I don't want any myself physically, I feel like a baby machine. I want to give my body a rest!"

And Katie insists she isn't worried about her critics berating her for having another child, adding: "If I can offer a home to another child, why not. If I've got the money, love and support, it's better than a child being dead or not having a home."

Meanwhile, the mother-of-five also revealed Princess and Junior have been turning down job offers because they're not being offered enough money.

"Someone the other day said they want them to model their clothes and stuff, so I said, 'How much are you offering?' and they gave me a figure and I was like, 'No she doesn't go out for that fee'," she admits.

"I said to Princess, 'Do you want to do it, they're only offering that amount' and she said, 'No,' because she knows what she can get - she's good already.

"Junior wants to present Jeremy Kyle, he wants to go on X Factor then he says he wants to do Britain's Got Talent. He wants to do everything, he says, 'I just want to be on TV.'"
