'It's quite horrific': The Bachelor's Megan Marx considering legal action over leaked nudes

Since leaving The Bachelor mansion, she's shared some rather revealing photos, but Megan Marx is considering legal action after nude photos of her sleeping her leaked.

The 27-year-old was unaware that the photos were even circulating until she received a phone call from The Daily Telegraph.

"Obviously, if someone's taken [naked] pictures of you sleeping it's incredibly weird and creepy and inappropriate," she told the publication.

"It just shows that you don't ever fully know anybody. It's quite horrific."

"At this point, I'm still in a bit of shock," she added. "I haven't even seen the photos myself."

In Megan's home state of Western Australia it's a criminal offence to photograph someone naked without their consent. The perpetrator can be hit with $5,000 fine or 12 months behind bars.

Megan, who walked out on Richie earlier in the season, went on to say she has an idea of who the person behind the leak may be.

"From what I can gather, it was someone that I cared quite a lot about who took them," she said.

"It's definitely a breach of my trust and my privacy. I have a pretty good idea of who it was, but I've had a couple of ex-boyfriends so I can't confirm. I definitely don't want to falsely accuse anybody."

Megan also added that while she has no problem with nudity, but understands how that may come across to other.

"I think that sometimes me being so open-minded can mean things like this will happen. I'm not the kind of girl who would let a guy take naked pictures of me, even if it was a boyfriend."

"Maybe the person had asked if they could take photos and I said no, or maybe they just waited for me to fall asleep. I don't know."

Megan and fellow Bachelor contestant Tiffany Scanlon have raised eyebrows about their relationship, sharing a series of semi-naked photos together, including one of them posing topless and sharing spaghetti dinner.

However the fan favourite refused to give anything away saying: "We're kind of wanting to keep our private lives private."
