EXCLUSIVE: Aaron Paul gushes over meeting his wife at Coachella

We've all been there. You meet someone special at a music festival, you bond over having the same favourite song, maybe you share a pash or two, and if you're super-lucky...you leave with their phone number.

In Aaron Paul's case, a chance encounter with a gorgeous blonde at Coachella Music Festival ended in marriage!

But he'll never forget that first meeting with the girl who would later become his wife.

In fact, the 37-year-old actor reveals to Be that although it's been many years since they first met, Lauren Paul is still saved in his phone as "Lauren Coachella".

“She’s pretty adorable, my wife,” he said of the 29-year-old. “We met at Coachella, I actually still have her in my phone as Lauren Coachella – she’s pretty cute.”

They're the ultimate in couple goals...

Aaron met the film director-producer at Coachella and began dating her a year later at the very same Californian music festival.

The pair then got engaged in Paris during New Year's Eve of 2012, tying the knot in May 2013. And have been documenting their adorable relationship ever since.

"She's the greatest woman that has ever existed," Aaron told GQ back in 2012. "No offense to other women on this planet, but she is hands down the best."

Aaron and Lauren, who both share a love for the Netflix series Stranger Things, even rallied together to joke about adopting the show's star Millie Bobbie Brown together...

Erm, she has her own family, you guys!

The Emmy-winning star, who was chatting to Be to promote his latest voice acting gig in the movie Kingsglaive Final Fantasy XV, also divulged his thoughts on Breaking Bad cosplay - in particular, when parents dress their kids up as his meth-making character, Jesse Pinkman. Yeah, he kinda loves that.

“I’ve seen a lot of great young kids dressed up as Pinkman and Eisenberg, it’s great," he said. "One of the greatest ones I saw was around Halloween, when parents dress their kids up as their favourite characters.

“So it’s great, I saw two brothers dressed up as Eisenberg and Pinkman, it gives me a very happy feeling inside.”
