Brad Pitt submits urine test in child abuse investigation

Brad Pitt has voluntarily submitted a urine sample for drug and alcohol testing, following allegations of child abuse.

According to TMZ, the actor put himself forward for the test within days of being accused of getting 'physical' with his eldest son Maddox, 15, on a the family's private jet.

The 52-year-old reportedly gave the sample to the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) “to clear up any exaggerations.”

It's also reported that the DCFS didn’t ask Brad for the sample as part of the investigation, but rather, it was tested at his insistence.

According to InTouch Weekly, Brad and his team have also denied claims he behaved violently towards his son during a 'drunken' fight with Angelina.

“Brad admitted to being drunk and losing his temper, but that’s it. He even took a urine drug test on the spot,” a source told the magazine.

The test results have not yet been revealed.
