New mum Rebecca Judd reflects on 'high-risk' pregnancy
Rebecca Judd and her husband Chris became parents for the third time yesterday, welcoming their twin boys in Melbourne.
The couple, who already have son Oscar, five, and two-year-old daughter Billie, announced the arrival of little Tom Andrew and Darcy Hugh on Instagram yesterday.
But along with a series of cute snaps of their new bubs, Bec also thanked hospital staff for ensuring their 'healthy' arrival at the end of a 'high-risk' pregnancy.
"Tom Andrew Judd and Darcy Hugh Judd arrived via emergency c-sec yesterday at 12:43pm and 12:44pm respectively at 35 weeks gestation, she captioned a shot of Chris and the twins on Insta.
"They are great sizes and came out perfectly healthy- phew! Thank you to the best Obstetrician in the world, Len Kliman, and @midwifecath for looking after me during this high risk pregnancy.
"We are all relieved to have them here healthy. #nicehatjuddy"
Rebecca previously revealed that because she was having monochorionic twins - who have two amniotic sacs but share a placenta, making a natural birth risky - doctors told her she'd need a caesarean delivery.

"I had a natural birth with both Billie and Oscar and thankfully there we no issues," she told Pregnancy Life & Style. "At least now I can say I've experienced both!"
