Gordon Ramsay stung by a jellyfish on his private parts

He's known for delivering a harsh sting when he critiques other people's food but it seems Gordon Ramsay has finally met his match.

The 49-year-old British TV chef was apparently stung on his penis by a jellyfish while holidaying with his family in Sardinia.

According to the Daily Star, he said: "F***ing hell it hurt. I couldn't even wee on it. It left a real mark down there."

However it didn't stop the foul-mouthed chef from venturing into the ocean again.

He Tweeted: “Great swim yesterday morning with @tower_26 No jellyfish bites on my size 15s either!”

The painful news comes just days after it was revealed he has been banned from school parents' evenings.

Gordon missed one meeting to discuss his children's progress, and then at the next one he breached protocol and was asked to leave, before receiving an email asking him never to return.

He admitted: "I failed at turning up for parents evening at my kids' school.

"And then when I went to the next one with my youngest, Tilly, I asked the headmaster for a selfie, after which I got kicked out, and so I really f***ed that one up! The following day I received an email saying, 'Can you please refrain from the next parents evening - we do not need the presence of Mr. Ramsay.' "
