So a mini Mean Girls reunion just happened

Lindsay Lohan and Jonathan Bennett, AKA regulation hottie Cady Heron and Aaron Samuels from Mean Girls, are still friends in real-life and this gives us more joy than we'd care to admit.

Although it's been 12 years since the film aired, we still felt all the feels when Lindsay shared a photo of her FaceTiming her former on-screen boyfriend.

Despite Lindsay being in Europe - and recovering from having half her finger reattached - she made time to squeeze in some love for Jonathan, who was in New York to watch the play Hamilton.

"#nice #friends #j #Люблю #theworldisbiggerthan5 #facetime #iphone7 #stevenuniverseJOBS," she wrote of their exchange.

Now here's hoping for a Mean Girls sequel...
