Sam Frost wants you to know she's having good sex thank you very much

Last week Sam Frost has gone all TMI on us again by opening up about her sex life with her beau, Sasha Mielczarek.

While chatting to Rove on-air, Sam spoke about how important it was to keep the spark alive while in a long-distance relationship.

"As a 27 year old I love [sex] and it's fantastic and it's very important in a relationship," she said.

"I feel so connected with [Sasha] and we have a very healthy sex life."

Her candid confessino came just days after Sam quit social media because she became sick of defending her relationship with Sasha.

"For the one millionth time, Sasha & I have not split. In fact we are stronger than ever... Social media isn’t the real world," she wrote.

"The media isn’t the real world. What’s real is the time you spend with your partner, the challenges you work through and the unconditional love and support we have for one another.

"We actually prefer to keep social media out of our relationship, because that is what works for us. Sash & I are incredibly happy together, we don't have to prove the strength of our relationship for the entertainment of strangers via the fake b******* world of social media."

The pair certainly aren't shy of oversharing when it comes to their bedroom antics.

Back in April, Sasha let slip that he got an erection while they were filming The Bachelorette.

He called into Sam's morning radio show on a segment called 'Confessions of Awkward Erections' segment.

"We’re in New Zealand, in the back of the boat, having a good time, blanket on top of us...it must have been the wind, the way it was going, but, look, I only got half a bar," he revealed, much to Sam's embarrassment.

He said: "The worst thing about it was they go, 'Let’s cut this set and go to the next one'. I'm going, I can’t take this blanket off, there’s no way!" the 31-year-old told the show.

"So I had to do a quick readjust…tuck it on the inside of the belt…and then away I go, no one’s the wiser!"
