Alex Nation shows off 'mummy marks' in skimpy workout gear

Richie Strahan is one lucky man. His leading lady Alex Nation shared a photo on Instagram which showed off her rock hard abs while she was exercising.

The 24-year-old captioned the snap: "When the scenery is this beautiful, running up a million stairs ain't so bad."

Her followers were quick to heap praise on the reality star, with one commenting: "Want to say you're beautiful and I'm so impressed you interact and talk to your fans. I have upmost respect for you even more. The world needs more beautiful people like you in it."

Alex responded: "You beautiful person!! Thank you so much, so humbling to read. It's people like you who totally make my day - thank you!!! I am sure your body is just perfect, every one is different. And you know what, mummy marks and other little imperfections are just so worth it when you have your amazing little creation in your arms!!"

Alex is mum to to her five-year-old son Elijah, whom Richie has yet to meet.

"My two handsome boys are still yet to meet," she told a fan on Instagram.

"However, I just know with my whole heart that Richie will be awesome. When Elijah meets Richie that will be a very special moment for us. It's something that we don't want to rush and it's important to us that we wait until the time is right."

Since winning Richie's heart during the finale of the reality show, the single mother has faced backlash for spending time with Richie while Elijah stays with his father Joel Porter during the school holidays.

Alex is now back in Melbourne after spending time with Richie in his hometown of Perth.
