The Bachelorette's Lee Elliot's body bully nightmare

Although Lee Elliott has won over Georgia Love (and thousands of women across Australia!) on The Bachelorette, the tall heartthrob admits he wasn't always a hit with women.

The 35-year-old revealed that he was bullied so badly in high school, he had to change schools.

"I actually hated school," he told WHHO magazine.

"There were days I faked being sick just so I didn't have to go."

Although he's a self-confessed gym junkie and takes pride in his appearance now (as he should!), Lee admits he was teased for his looks during his adolescence.

"I was already chubbier, but I had bad skin, braces, glasses and big hair," he says.

"It was a hamburger with the lot. And kids will find anything to pick on."

He eventually plucked up the courage to ask his parents to change schools and never looked back.

The Melbourne-local says he came to realise "there’s far more to life than high school... the older you get, you realise it’s all bullsh*t."

Despite being a target for bullies in his younger years, the reality star is rumoured to be one of the top two guys left standing in The Bachelorette.

Photos obtained by New Idea show Georgia getting VERY friendly with both of the contestants on two different dates at a lush location in Singapore.
