Tobey Maguire parties with Sofia Richie

Tobey Maguire has wasted no time in getting back to bachelorhood and has been spotted hitting up clubs with old mate Leonardo DiCaprio.

While out and about in West Hollywood, Spidey was seen hanging out with Sofia Richie.

Random.

But ET Online claim nothing suss is going on and the pair were "simply seated at the same table for their friend's party."

TMZ reports that Tobey is "not dating anyone in particular, but he's definitely having a good time after his 13-year relationship with Jen."

Tobey and Jennifer Meyer recently call time on their nine-year marriage.

In a joint statement made to People magazine, they said: "After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple.
