So it seems like her recent brush with the law hasn't affected her love for the environment!

Shailene seemed to be enjoying herself during her first public outing since her arrest nearly two weeks ago, seeing the climate change film which Leonardo also appears in alongside President Barack Obama, Pope Francis and Secretary of State John Kerry.

On October 10, the Fault in our Stars actress was peacefully protesting against a planned pipeline in North Dakota when she was arrested for criminal trespassing along with hundreds of other activists who were at the demonstration to voice their concerns for the proposed pipeline that will apparently ruin sacred Native American land and pollute the tribe's water supply.

In the video, the Divergent star says was heading back to her car when “they grabbed me by my jacket and said that I wasn’t allowed to continue … and they have giant guns and batons and zip ties and they are not letting me go.”

As she tries to ask the police why she is being arrested, they tell her it’s because she is famous.

"Alright I'm being arrested," she says. "Because I was trespassing like everyone. As soon as you guys asked me to leave, I l left. She was down there, everybody was down there. I'm being arrested. I was down there with everybody else. I don't know what's going on? As soon as they came I left… it's because I'm well known. It's because I have 40,000 people watching."

As she’s led away in handcuffs, she added: "So everybody knows…we were going to our vehicle which they had all surrounded and waiting for me with giant guns and a giant truck behind them just so they could arrest me. I hope you're watching mainstream media."
