Miranda Kerr 'moving home to Sydney' after intruder attack
Miranda Kerr is reportedly moving back home to Australia after a knife-wielding intruder attempted to scale a fence and break into her Malibu property that she shares with her five-year-old son, Flynn.
The incident, which occurred on October 14, saw the intruder run into one of Miranda's security guards, stabbing him in the eye, TMZ reports.
"The guard responded by shooting the intruder multiple times," a source told the site.
But while Miranda and Flynn were unharmed in the attempted break-in, the 33-year-old model is reportedly so shaken up that she wants to return home.
"Flynn's safety is her top priority," a source tells NW Magazine. "She no longer feels safe in the house.
"She's making plans to move back to Sydney for at least the next few months. It's the one place she feels comfortable."
But while her Snapchat founder fiancé Evan Spiegel is apparently willing to support Miranda in her move down under, the NW source claims Flynn's dad Orlando Bloom will not be happy.
"He and Miranda have created the perfect co-parenting situation in Malibu," the insider says. "There's no way he'll let her move Flynn half way around the world without a fight."
Uh-oh. Looks like things might get messy between the amicable exes.

Earlier this year, Miranda invited Harper's Bazaar to check out her Malibu digs, speaking about how much Orlando, 39, loves the place.
She bought the 1960s ranch home in 2014 when she had just split with The Hobbit star and they were deciding how they should raise Flynn.
"Orlando and I were living in New York, and we loved it there," she said.
"But we were considering what the best options were for our son. Orlando owned a place in Malibu, and he was saying that he wanted to move here. We thought it would be a better lifestyle for Flynn.
"He could be outside playing year-round, playing in the sand. We could have a garden. I started looking for houses because we wanted to be close as a family."
